Hostal La Cumbre - Temuco

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and public transportation was easily accessible.

Great value for money, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was basic but satisfactory. the location offered easy access to attractions and places of interest, which was very convenient. the hotel also had a good Wi-Fi connection, which was a plus.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel was fantastic! The greeting from the staff was warm and welcoming, and we found the rooms to be clean and cozy. The location was great, as we could easily walk to the city center and catch public transportation. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that included cereals, bread, and coffee - just what we needed to start our day.

The thin walls of the hotel meant that we could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms. Unfortunately, this made it hard to have a good night's sleep. Also, the loud music that came from the street and kept us up until very late was disappointing. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a variety of breakfast options available, such as fresh fruit or yogurt, instead of just the basic breakfast that was provided.

the location is superb, as it is within close proximity to major transport terminals. the room and bathroom were sparkling clean, comfortable and had ample lighting. the breakfast was frugal yet satisfying, and the wifi worked flawlessly.
